With a fresh approach and a commitment to customer care, Will has owned and operated Liedig & Associates since 2014. Completing his Diploma in Financial Services, Conveyancing in 2009, Will is a skilled conveyancing practitioner with specialised experience across land divisions, commercial properties and business sales. Together with Hans, Will is working at the forefront of a rapid-changing property sector, utilising new technologies, along with traditional customer service, to create a seamless settlement experience.

With over 14 years of experience in the Conveyancing industry, Amanda's wealth of knowledge ensures that your conveyancing matters are always in safe hands. In 2019 Amanda joined the conveyancing team at Liedig and Associates, after 13 years with an Adelaide Law Firm running the conveyancing department. Amanda is a Registered Conveyancer with an Advanced Diploma in Financial Services who obtained her registration in 2014. Amanda can assist in a variety of areas, from residential and commercial transactions, contract and Form 1 - Vendor's Statement preparation, land divisions and family transfers.

With over 40 years’ conveyancing experience, Hans brings time-honoured practice and expertise to Liedig & Associates. Hans has worked across residential and business transactions, private contracts, commercial leasing, large-scale developments, sub-divisions, family transfers as well as encumbrances and easements. He remains an active member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers and the Real Estate Institute SA as well as a Lieutenant in the Gumeracha Country Fire Service. Hans started the move in to retirement in 2015 and is currently consulting for the Liedig and Associates team.

Michelle joined the team at Liedig & Associates in 2020 as a Registered Conveyancer with nearly 10 years’ experience in conveyancing and prior to that experience in the Banking and Finance Industry. Michelle values building client relationships and is dedicated to providing both professional and personal service to ensure client satisfaction. Michelle specialises in Residential Settlements, Contract and Form 1 preparation, matrimonial transfers, family transfers and subdivisions.

Megan joined Liedig and Associates in November 2018 as a receptionist, being a fast leaner she has progressed and now currently offering support to Will Liedig and Amanda Gibson gaining knowledge and experience in conveyancing files and processes. Megan also assist with the preparation of Form 1’s and documents for clients. It’s been a refreshing and interesting journey so far. Although I didn’t have experience within this industry, I commenced my learnings as a receptionist and gained further experience and exposure on the job and learning from my peers and colleagues.
